Harmony Center will be closed from Jan 8th-Feb 8th, 2025
My nurse, Lori, will be available from 2pm-6pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (with the exception of Jan 13th, when she will not be available due to a family member who is scheduled to have surgery). During these call-in hours, if you have a medical question, Lori will call you back within one hour to discuss the issue. For any other urgent medical needs, please go to urgent care or a nearby emergency department.
For any non-urgent issues, please use the patient portal. Lori will be checking portal messages regularly during my absence and can assist with scheduling, records requests, and other administrative concerns. I will check portal messages about twice per week as well-- please note that it will take me longer than usual to respond to portal messages.
